On Feb 27, 2007 permission was sent to archive.org:

"I would like to ammend to my
initial request and add the band Amalgamation. I am one of the
guitarists/musicians (we switch around some) in the band. We're a new band
from Monroe, NY, we've only been together since Oct. of last year, but I
already have a bunch of live material recorded that can be uploaded. It's
hard to describe our style. Better to listen. We're cross-genre in the
broadest sense. Our official taping policy is thus:

Feel free to tape us with any equipment, even the most obnoxious setup you
have. The more impressed we are the more likely we are to give a soundboard
feed. We will only give a board feed to someone running mics with the
intention of creating a post-mixed matrix... this would entail recording to
4 seperate channels (no on-the-fly mixing).

I'll be handling all interaction with archive.org on behalf of Amalgamation.
I am also the official band archivist until we find another one.

Ok, hope to hear from you soon,
Jesse Fridlich"
